My Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker broke down. Unfortunately Harman kardon doesn't make the motherboard anymore. The technician and office worker tried everything to find a motherboard from other sources. They were not able to find one but I definitely give them an A-Plus for effort.

In November 2017, I took my vintage SAE Mark IV DM power amplifier to IST to check a low-level hum in both channels. The technician called the next day to explain the diagnostic results, and recommend replacing a number of electrolytic capacitors. IST performed the repair and the unit was returned with no sign of hum. They also replaced the meter lamps with LEDs, so the unit runs cooler. All done for under $200. My 43-year-old amplifier is back in service, working perfectly. Elliott H., Sarasota

They are the best electronics repair company I have ever run across. They repaired a complex piece of equipment from Korea. My only other choice was to ship it back to the manufacturer in Korea, and they repaired it for a fraction of the cost. They are the best!

So far I had a couple issues on boards one they fixed great the other was a long shot for an old Stone CNC machine. The CNC board they told me over the phone and text a link for the part, cause it is obsolete and they found one on eBay for me. That's going above and beyond in my opinion.

IST has been my savior many times. I own a Spa and every time I have had a problem with a piece of equipment I have taken it these guys and they have always solved my problems by fixing the equipment. I am so grateful to them. Highly recommend them.

They fixed our TV but it only lasted a few weeks. Sent it back and they fixed it again. It broke again. They did say sometimes they break again. After it was all said and done the refunded us out money without hesitating. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Our broken TV was quickly diagnosed and promised repair same-day, which was delivered on after a few hours. Customer service on phone and in person was quick and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things, this is the place to go for electronics repair 100% highly recommend!

I have an issue with a jbl speaker and frank guided me in the right direction. Very honest didn’t try to jsut take my money and knows his stuff.
